I qualify for Preferred Pricing, how do I enroll?
To enroll in the Preferred Pricing Program, simply bring the appropriate supporting documentation to the dispensary.

Please note: Qualifying SSDI Patients must renew their Preferred Pricing enrollment at the beginning of each calendar year. Nature’s Care will contact you prior to year-end to coordinate the renewal.
What are the limitations?
Preferred Pricing benefits cannot be combined with other Preferred Pricing benefits.
The maximum discount allowed through the Preferred Pricing program is 10%.
I’ve never purchased from Nature’s Care before, do I get anything with my first purchase?
Yes! All first-time / new Nature’s Care patients receive a free item with their first purchase either online or in-house. Free item subject to change based on availability.
I’ve never placed an online order before but have visited the dispensary in person. Can I collect another free item?
Unfortunately not. First time / new patient gifts are for the first time a patient ever orders with us either online or in-house.
Nature’s Care used to be my dispensary, but I switched to another dispensary over a year ago. If I come back to Nature’s Care, am I considered a new patient?
Unfortunately not. If you have ever made a purchase with us, you are considered to be an existing patient in our system. This also applies to existing patients that have switched Caregivers.
What is the Patient Referral Program?
Refer a friend to Nature’s Care and receive $10 off your next purchase.
How does it work?
In order to redeem your $10 off, your friend must register with Nature’s Care and complete their first purchase.
Does my friend get anything?
Yes, of course! As a new patient, your friend will receive a free item with their first purchase.
My friend used to be registered with Nature’s Care, but has since switched to another dispensary. If I get them to come back, is it still considered a referral?
What is the Patient Loyalty & Rewards Program?
Nature’s Care appreciates the loyalty our patients show us and want to reward that loyalty. Earned loyalty points can be redeemed for a variety of merch, discounts, and select medicated product
How do I enroll and start earning points?
Start by simply entering your cell phone number on one of our dispensary kiosks to enroll. Once enrolled, patients can earn points three different ways:
Am I automatically set up to order online?
Not only do patients that pre-order get to skip the line and earn extra loyalty points, but they also lower the likelihood of their favourite products selling out before making it to the dispensary.
NEW TO ONLINE ORDERING?
Do I earn points for purchases I make in the dispensary?
Unfortunately not. Only items purchased through online ordering will accrue points. Furthermore, any additional items added at the sales counter at the time of pick up will not accrue points.
What can I do with the points I’ve earned?
Loyalty points can be redeemed for a variety of merch, discounts, and select medicated product. Our redeemable medicated product selection changes almost daily though so check back often!
