Why sign up for online ordering?

In the event you are unable to pick up your online pre-order on the same day, you will receive a text message after closing time that states we have put your order back into inventory. Please be aware that loyalty points are only awarded if your order has been fulfilled. Patients and recreational users must reorder their product the next business day if they wish to receive online order loyalty points.

Nature’s Care offers patients and recreational users the opportunity to request specific products. As product requests come in, patients will be notified once the product is available for sale. Nature’s Care will not be holding the requested product specifically for you, it will be a first come, first serve situation. To request a specific product, simply reach out to any Nature’s Care staff member.

Not only do patients and recreational customers that pre-order get to skip the line and earn extra loyalty points, but they also lower the likelihood of their favorite products selling out before making it to the dispensary.

Please note, Nature’s Care will not hold online pre-orders or reserve product overnight for patients or recreational customers.

Due to the volume of patients, customers and abandoned orders, it is not manageable to hold product overnight nor is it fair to reserve product which puts other patients at a disadvantage looking for the same product. Although be aware that your online pre-order reserves product for you that same day only.
