Who can order curbside pick up?
Existing Medical Patients Only - New Medical Patients must first walk in to register and have your ID card scanned. Once you’re in our system, patients can utilize curbside pick up. ROLLING MEADOWS LOCATION ONLY

When are the curbside pick up hours?
Our store hours are 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Pre-Orders can be placed starting at 8:00 am till 8:00 pm daily. Please come at your designated time slot or after.
Curbside pick up is available between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm only.

How Does Curbside Pickup work at Nature’s Care Rolling Meadows?
Drive to Nature’s Care and have these things ready at the entrance of the parking lot:
Medical card
Government ID
Screen shot of your Pre-Order
Pull into one of the curbside pickup parking spots & park
Log into your I Heart Jane account
Input your vehicle information and the parking spot number you are parked in, and we will be out shortly.
Our team will help you with your High Priority Loyalty points balance & redemption as well as any discounts you receive
Our team will bring you your order and show you your receipt to verify things are correct
Pay with debit card or cash, sign receipt
Once transaction is final you can leave the facility to make space available for the next patient
What happens if I don’t pick-up my order same day?
Orders that are not picked-up same day will become void. You will need to place a new order to receive your products.
What happens if I miss my time slot?
You will have to re-order if you want to use curb side service or you can park and then walk into the dispensary.
What payment methods are accepted for curbside pick-up?
Debit Cards or Cash.
